We deliver your orders in France thanks to Colissimo and Colissimo relay point and via Delivengo (export service of the French post office) and DHL for the international.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday. In the shipping confirmation, you will be able to find out which partner will take care of the delivery as well as the tracking of your package.

For all orders placed before 1 p.m. (Paris time, France - UTC+1) and within the limits of available stocks, shipment is made the same day.

For any order placed after 1 p.m. (Paris time, France - UTC+1) and within the limit of available stocks, dispatch takes place the next working day.

This period is given as an indication and may vary depending on the seasonality of the request.

IMPORTANT : If your order contains one or more pre-order items, or combines available and pre-order items, it will be shipped when all items are available.
