When an order is validated and paid for, it is no longer possible to add additional items to it for accounting and logistical reasons.

However, a request to cancel your order is possible in order to be able to reorder with all the desired items.

You can make your request to cancel your order at any time if it has not been dispatched from your help center, by logging in with your email address and your order number: https://help.

NOTE: For any order cancellation on your initiative, a deduction of €0.30 corresponding to the cancellation bank transaction fees will be applied.
