For any relay pickup change request, please contact our customer service by e-mail at the following address [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name and address of the desired relay point
NOTE : The relay point services reserve the right to deliver your parcel to another relay point if the one initially selected is unable to receive your parcel, in which case the carrier will contact you by e-mail to indicate the address of delivery from the new relay point closest to your address.
If your relay point does not have your package and the carrier has not informed you of a change, the tracking link sent by email during the shipping confirmation (email) will be updated.
